AAC Blocks
AAC (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) is a precast building material with superb heat, are and sound resistance. AAC blocks are lightweight and over ultimate workability, flexibility, and durability. Aluminum powder, along with Flyash, Cement, Lime and Gypsum is mixed at high speed in an automatic batch mixer resulting in AAC slurry, which is then poured into mold. This risen cake is cut into blocks of required sizes by a wire cutting machine, which are then steam-cured at 210°C and subjected to pressure in an autoclave, forming 12 bars during a 10 to 12-hour process. AAC blocks are used in a wide range of commercial, industrial and residential applications.
